The legend surrounding these beautiful creatures - the unicorn - has extended itself into dreams! If you are dreaming of this mythical creature then all I can say is lucky you. Many a night I go to sleep hoping to dream of the unicorn through conscious dreams, the kind of dream where you go to sleep and tell yourself you are going to dream of something purposefully and maybe direct your dreams too, but I haven't been successful yet. Yogurt is so good for you, ladies especially, yeah you know what I mean. Ah hem..down there.. with the yeast infections, it really helps alot. Yogurt is good for yeast in the intestines too. So guys - have a bite!
Yogurt helps fight off bad backteria by contributing some good bacteria. Problem is I don't take heed of this advice to incorporate more yogurt into my diet as diligently as I should. At the age of 21, I was diagnosed with GERD the developing stage just before ulcers. The doctor told me if I didn't take care of myself I would develop an ulcer. I have never returned for a check up since, but plan to soon. 
Hmm..Never in my life have I dreamed of having an ulcer - nope - not in my sleep or in my imagination. I know there are people who must have dreamed of having an ulcer whilst sleeping and wondered what the dream could mean so if you are looking for an interpretation to ulcers go here

I have dreamed of my father speaking to me in the form of a zombie when he died.  That was so yuck. I cannot remember the dream exactly but if you remember your dream and looking for an interpretation as to what zombies or any thing mean in dreams you can check the meaning here

I know ice cream is yummy right? I used to love it but now I'm not such a huge fan of it solely because it makes me upset to digest it. Think the milk don't agree with my acid reflux medical condition. But it is so yummy..
