Mmm, I know I wasn't dreaming the first time I tasted almonds. Such a unique tasting nut. I love it! What about you? What is your opinion on almonds? Right now I need some sort of motivation for carrying on this blog. I don't get visitors to give me feedback and they don't realize that bloggers put a lot of effort often into their blogs, and a lot of work goes into their research and writing (yeah we thought it was simpler than this too). Yogurt is so good for you, ladies especially, yeah you know what I mean. Ah hem..down there.. with the yeast infections, it really helps alot. Yogurt is good for yeast in the intestines too. So guys - have a bite!
Yogurt helps fight off bad backteria by contributing some good bacteria. Problem is I don't take heed of this advice to incorporate more yogurt into my diet as diligently as I should. At the age of 21, I was diagnosed with GERD the developing stage just before ulcers. The doctor told me if I didn't take care of myself I would develop an ulcer. I have never returned for a check up since, but plan to soon. 
Hmm..Never in my life have I dreamed of having an ulcer - nope - not in my sleep or in my imagination. I know there are people who must have dreamed of having an ulcer whilst sleeping and wondered what the dream could mean so if you are looking for an interpretation to ulcers go here

I know ice cream is yummy right? I used to love it but now I'm not such a huge fan of it solely because it makes me upset to digest it. Think the milk don't agree with my acid reflux medical condition. But it is so yummy..
